Rockstar Games Announcement
Rockstar Games announces that the team behind the largest Rockstar roleplaying communities, Cfx.re, is now officially apart of the Rockstar team. This should be great for the future of $TTWO as they get more titles released in the years to come, including Grand Theft Auto 6.

Here is an excerpt from Rockstar’s Announcement posted to their website:
“Over the past few years, we've watched with excitement as Rockstar’s creative community have found new ways to expand the possibilities of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2, particularly through the creation of dedicated roleplay servers. As a way to further support those efforts, we recently expanded our policy on mods to officially include those made by the roleplay creative community.”

This is actually a step in a new direction for Rockstar, as they have been known to shut down moderation groups rather than working with them in the past, this may also encourage other large game developers to do the same.

I like that this exists. I have no desire to own one. But I like that this exists.

Birkenstock IPO
IPO's are fun to discuss, let's start up some conversations around the sandal maker, Birkenstock.
Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are working with L. Catterton, the owner of Birkenstock, to bring the stock to the public, the company is supposedly worth $8-10B.
The brand was featured in the latest box office hit, The Barbie Movie, worn by Margot Robbie in a scene from the film.
Will you be looking into this footwear business if it were to IPO? 🙂

Birkenstocks have a Crocs-like cult following (or does $CROX have a Birkenstock-like cult following?). I’ll definitely be checking out the S-1.

Took Rivian Profit
Rivian $RIVN was up 32% for me so I sold 95% of my holding. Recent news of Rivian switching to Tesla chargers, new Amazon vans in Germany, and a couple of analysts raising their rating and price targets has caused the stock price to rise recently.

I believe I have sold the hype, it may go up more, but I'm happy to take my profits. I like Rivian and I think they fit in nicely in my portfolio with Amazon, I will buy more when given the opportunity.

JPMorgan Updates Interface
JPM has added icons for my companies and I liked it, figured I haven't talked about these in a while.

This is my account for dividend paying stocks, I plan to add to and hold these as long as they keep the dividends coming without lowering it. Its been a while since I have tried to look for a new name, if I do i'd like to diversify it a bit more. Got a lot of time to think about it at least! 😅

What do you think of my picks?
What names do you think would fit in?

Good Rivian News

Seems like an expensive solution, I believe it's a good investment in customer service though, things like this and the way they handle recalls could bring forth great customer loyalty in the future.

So these are like mobile service providers? I interesting solution. I want this to work.

Procore ($PCOR)
I need to own more of this company, I love to lower my average cost, but the price has only been down to my average once since I got in. In hindsight I should have started with a larger position, to take advantage of that low cost.
Procore is a software used in construction management to help improve communication between everyone on a project including owners, contractors, engineers, and architects.
I'm not the most technical person but the chart seems to be trending upward, and now seems like a good low point to add some more shares.

Their latest earnings were great as well, they have beat estimates for the third time in a row and are now in positive territory for EPS. Here are some Q1 highlights from Business Wire.

Bluebird
I was thinking of closing my Bluebird ($BLBD) position Today, but I asked myself why I wanted to, my answer was "I don't want to own this because I am bored of it" I rarely ever check the news or financials for this stock.

Then I thought, maybe that is a good thing. I hear all the time about investing in boring companies, While boring to own, the right ones can be fun to sell. I bought Bluebird because they are needed in society by schools to get students there, they are moving rapidly into the EV space, and I figured the price I got in at was very low considering their importance to us.

On the other hand, I am not certain on what to do at the moment with the stock, like I was when I started the position. I am not sure if the stock will go up or down from this point. It already went up, could it go up more? Not too sure, been thinking about it most of Today. Will hold onto the position for now, and ponder.

Thanks for reading, any advice is greatly appreciated!
Here is the trade I did on Bluebird a bit ago, where I kept a small amount of my shares afterward.
