Coinbase Global, Inc. Class A Common Stock

Kicking myself: sold my $COIN calls at a loss and I'd planned to roll them into new calls last week but didn't have time.

Probably a lesson to be learned here because I feel like $COIN is very undervalued, I wish I'd stuck to my guns.

With the NFT Announcement, I feel even higher conviction: They've already had ~1.5M waitlist signups! (Opensea has ~10% of that, and look at their volume!).

I also think earnings could be a big beat after another crypto-fueled quarter. (TBH, I don't really get all the "fee/multiple compression", given how large potential market is)

$COIN valuation is very attractive already without the NFT marketplace with the marketplace it's even more. I like it too :)

Agreed @rihardjarc. Coinbase is the consistent on boarding tool into web 3/crypto for the average guy. Be interesting to see if they do something with DAOs and Tokens in the future.

When you have situations where you wish you'd made a different decision, how do you best capitalize on that "teachable moment"?

I've recently started keeping an investing journal. For every trade I write down WHY I made it. If it turns out that the call I made didn't win, it helps salve the wound if I can reanalyze what led up to it.

Looking at your $COIN trade, and discarding the post hoc data, was it a good call at the time? Is there anything you see in retrospect that would cause you to make a different call in the future under similar circumstances?
