@sfcbemmet those are legitimate concerns. While I also don’t like hedge funds looking to ‘kill’ targeted stocks, I would say that the ability to short an over valued company (and doing it in moderation) is a healthy part of the checks and balances of the ecosystem. Obviously some hedge funds take it too far sometimes, but then they exposes themselves to risks over their own, such as being squeezed.

Why is it that hedge funds want to short and kill targeted stocks, I disagree in this practice, and I can also say a lot of companies that do not use funds to improve and reinvest are creating self inflicted wound, so I'm confused, do they want people to help them by sale off invested funds just to help hedge funds like they tried with AMC
