Sell $TSLA for $PYPL ??

Recently PayPal share price has been getting hit hard - I think it is undervalued at today’s closing price and I want to buy the dip 

The only thing I would be willing to sell a little of to get some cash is Tesla - but it’s also my best performer over time - any opinions on if Tesla is overvalued at around 1000-1100 and If I should make this trade or if I should just hold what I have for the long term 

Any knowledge or advice appreciated!
