Not mom and pop... but Greggs PLC in the UK. Market leader in category, has been for decades, has 2.2K shops, and plans to have 3K and £2.4B in annualised revenues (2x today) within 5 years.

Only ever been unprofitable once in a given year (during covid), has no debt, has ample cash to self-fund an ambitious CapEx plan, and trades at 18x earnings.
