$STOR -- Store Capital Corporation
STORE Capital Corporation is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust, or REIT, that is the leader in the acquisition, investment and management of Single Tenant Operational Real Estate.

This REIT has a forward P/E of 36, and an enterprise value/EBITDA of 19. I had a search around, and the only thing that seems to make this stand out is that Warren Buffett supposedly holds some of the stock.

It's paying a fairly hefty dividend, but that's not 100 covered by net income.

I don't have a position in this, but I might take one out soon, depending on what I learn!!

I'm not so sure that "cash is trash" applies any more
The only thing to fear is volatility itself.
Mind you, I'm bearish on bitcoin.

Phew, I'm up on the day: so far
Buying downside protection always seems expensive. Until you encounter days like today.

FWIW, I think we're still in a bull market, but maybe not for the rest of 2022.

Love to see it. What's your typical hold period?

$TASK -- Spruce Point Capital issue report that trashes this stock. Time to bale out or is this a buying opportunity?
You can read the report here. It's pretty damning: bad culture, high turnover, unrealistic projections, C-suite with dubious history.
The stock plunged 15% today, which will have resulted in a nice little earner for Spruce Point, but they must think this stock is vulnerable to make it worth their while making the case.

Spruce Point tends to put out really good work. Love reading their insight!

$GRFXY : is this worth a look?
I got a note in my inbox saying that $GRFXY is a great stock.
You can read it here. The company is based in China, and seems to have pivoted from operating hotels to making spherical graphite and graphene.

I am reasonably convinced that the material will see a steep increase in demand, but I'm not convinced that Graphex will profit from this.

Any opinions?
