$FB Has turned from a high to low ROIIC company from 2011/2016 to 2017/2021 periods.

Going forward here is how I see growth:

Thoughts?

forward looking ROIC should decline, not remain near 2021 levels imo. Partially because of massive burn on RL division but also some issues with core business make it likely they were overearning in 2021. Normalization in mid-low 30s or worse if RL doesn't pan out seems more logical imo
