The market is extremely volatile and all I have seen on twitter today has been sheer panic

Are all my positions down in 2022 so far: yes

Am I worried? NO

Why? I own companies that I have 10-15 year conviction in.

Remember if you find yourself constantly checking your portfolio for a specific stock it’s probably best to let that one go, its out of your risk tolerance 

Well said Gannon I think we all need a reminder to take a moment to step back and understand our personal investment objectives and time horizon.
