I can tell you I’ve had a big part in setting up Monday CRM up for our Sales operations, and it is SUPER user friendly and highly customizable. I sold my position a while back, but as I get deeper into it, I see huge opportunity and could see many other Small/Medium Businesses jumping on this over other platforms out there. Another huge upside is they also have templates for project management, support team functionality, and so much more. You can use their product suite to create boards for every department in the company, which will heavily contribute to NRR.
