COMMENT WHY YOU THINK WE ARE OR WHY WE ARE NOT IN A RECESSION.

I voted no. I don’t think we’re in a recession. I know the definition of what’s a recession is a touchy topic to begin with, so let me add to that with my totally unempirical observation: I haven’t personally noticed a decrease in the average welfare and quality of life of the average person, that’s why I don’t think we’re in a recession. I noticed during the GFC my family and the families of those close to me were OBVIOUSLY struggling financially and losing jobs. I don’t think we’ve seen that yet.
