Why should the government move to a gold or bitcoin standard?

Goverments should move into bitcoin standard for the following reasons:
1. Goverments with established currency like dollar, can use the bitcoin like an investment asset because has finite and specific supply, is easy to transfer because is digital, and can be stored with out any third party assistant.
2. Goverments with not stabilized currency, like many countries in Africa and latin America, can use it as a mean for exchange via the lighting network.
3. Also, I believe that can be an asset against inflation because would be the only currency which will not lose his value over the years.
