The newest fractional real estate investment app, Fintor, finally went live today after an extended pre-launch period.

If you signed up during pre-launch you can sign up now, but otherwise you get added to the waiting list, unless... (insert asterisk here and see my note at the bottom).

Initial impression is that app itself is quick, responsive and very slick - much nicer in fact that either Landa or Lofty from an aesthetic perspective.

THE HUB

There are two properties currently available, with three more properties listed as "coming soon".

Those already investing in fractional real estate will be very familiar with the property details and financials for each property as Fintor mimics other fractional real estate investment apps with information provided.

The higher price per share for "IYKYK" appears to be attributable to the significantly less amount of shares issued for that property.

Referrals are currently limited to two invites per person and require typical investment account signup and verification steps; including name, address, phone number, photo ID and linking of a bank account. All steps are required to qualify for any bonus which can take 2-3 days to post to your account.
