One realizes that market efficiency is a continuous state of being, and it comes from having persistent actions taken to get to that state.

Most of the time, the market reflects largely first-level surface information, but often not second-level deeper information.

As much as information is readily available, faster and better than ever, not all market participants read all information, and react in exactly the same way in the short-term, and over the long-term.

Surprisingly, I actually think that the four edges, informational advantage, combined with an analytical advantage, with behavioral advantage, and increasingly a philosophical advantage, can still exist wonderfully for investors over the long-term.
