Portfolio Update 10/07
Started a small position in $IVZ (1.6% of total portfolio) way too cheap on valuation. Activist presence with Nelson Peltz. Looking at it either merging with similar sized financial firm or being acquired by a larger institution. Even if not trades at at a steep discount to sector and market imo. Dividend is a nice added bonus.
