2/25/22 EOW Recap
QQQ Short Strangle had a stop loss triggered on the shorter expiration date. The past 6 months have wiped out all of the gains from the past year. Very frustrating!

This week 2/14 update
Opened second QQQ short strangle to spread out risk. Both are net green. Sold longer dated covered calls on TQQQ and UPRO Wheel.

2/11/22 EOW Recap
QQQ Short Strangle went from red to green today. TQQQ Wheel covered call at 50% profit. UPRO Wheel covered call expired worthless.

2/4 EOW Recap
QQQ Short Strangle about break even. UPRO covered call expired worthless kept all premium. TQQQ wheel still under water and too far to sell covered calls. TQQQ in other account up 9%.

QQQ Short Strangle
STO 402C 331P 3/18/22 let’s see how it holds up

Can you explain a short strangle? I’ve heard of it but have never tried one. So you got a 402 call and a 331 put? So do you just want it to swing in one direction or the other?

EOW Recap
Very volatile week. My QQQ Short Strangle got stopped outt and under performing just buy hold the index the past year. My $UPRO $TQQQ Wheel is holding shares and caught the falling knife prematurely. This experience has helped my TA and should improve my future trades.

I saw your portfolio was over 50% $SPXL - do you buy individual stocks too or is your strategy based solely off of this ETF?

Buy the dip…
When the 1 year chart shows an RSI sub 35 on for $QQQ it is an opportunity to go or add to your long position in the Nasdaq and the S&P. The Nasdaq can fall anywhere from 7-20% before reaching that level. When the RSI is over 70 that would be the time to consider trimming back and have some cash available for deals after a sell off.
