This is taken off the TMX website. It shows the difference in transporting oil via its Pipeline, Tanker Trucks & Tanker Rail Cars.

How can anyone actually complain about pipelines?

Unless they're upset that oil can still be transported efficiently.

I don't own Pipelines, but I do own Suncor (su) & Cenovus (cve) who will be using the new upgraded TMX.
