The negotiations will subside on 5/31/2023 and an agreement will be made. We are set for another classic government buzzer beater...except we already know the outcome...or do we not? Can we get $DKNG to do an over/under on this to make it a little more exciting?

Just finished reading chapter one. I am freaking STOKED to rip through the rest of this book. I'm sure most of you have read this and if not, well, the book is off to an excellent start!

Since graduating college I set up a spread sheet to track my monthly income and my monthly expenses. Every year. Every month. I didn't miss a beat. I tracked where my money was going to help me stay the course of paying off my student loans ASAP. I smashed my goal and made my last payment to the "thieves" a little under 5 years after graduation.

Tracking my money became such a habit that I continue to do it to this day. Now, instead of trying to pay off debt, I try to save more money to INVEST. I do a yearly review of my current years spread sheet to see what my SAVINGS RATE was (before Uncle Sam swoops in and snatches his share). 2022 came in at a savings rate of ~40% and I'm hyped!

I don't usually boast about things but I just wanted to share this incase anyone needed to hear it!

Just listened to a podcast last night from The Motley Fool Money called "Semiconductors 101". I have to say...$ASML is wicked attractive. Apparently they have a monopoly on lithography machines/systems? Something that is essential to every single chip produced around the globe? I'm sure most people knew this already, apparently I've been living under a rock. $ASML seems like a screaming buy for the long haul. Disclosure: I have no position in this stock...yet.

Oh yea, they pay a nice dividend too.

I got my eye on you $ASML.
