Reasons to be bullish $NGL:
• Debt being paid ahead of schedule
• Record water production
• Better margins on water
• Adding disposal capacity up to 4m b/d this year
• Conservative EBITDA of 645m

Seems likely that management wants to roll out good news to the press since they are looking to refinance debt.

Creditors are more likely to accept lower rates in negotiation if they see lots of positives being delivered! (Thus decreasing risk)
