sold my $OPEN today as well 😬 ... if this stock is tanking during a real estate boom I'm scared to see what happens when it falls

@gannon, I own a small position in $OPEN. Look beyond the stock to the biz! They bought 15k homes in Q3 compared to 799 homes a year ago. And they sold 6k homes, compared to 1,200 a year ago. 9% margin. $2B in cash. 3 acquisitions during the quarter. Management expects adjusted EBIDA profitability in a couple quarters.
