On the show we discussed a variety of business/investing topics. One interesting one I wanted to share with the Commonstock community was the inflection in average daily rates at Airbnb over the past two years.

As seen by this chart on Stratosphere, it went from a stable $120 to $160 quickly

Does anyone think this is sustainable? I think there is a major risk for ABNB in 2023 if this starts to revert back to pre-COVID levels. What do you guys think?
