Clearvise $ABO.G terminates MoU with Tion Renewables after the surprising announcement of the sale of a majority stake in Tion.

Clearvise still believes that the expansion target to 1 GW by 2025 can be achieved, even without the acquisition of the Tion Portfolio. Clearvise has a pipeline of around 450 MW with a focus on organic growth.
