$PFE and $MRNA are doing their best to maximize the amount of revenue they can reap from their COVID vaccine franchise. While the first booster shot was a big success, I don't see the second booster shot becoming a big success.

Consensus from those I've talked with in the medical field seems to be that a COVID booster will become an annual routine like the flu shot. This will probably have some impact on $PFE and $MRNA, but I do not see it as a long term revenue driver. I held $PFE pre-vaccine and will continue to hold post-pandemic. I think that the $MRNA vaccine gave them an influx of cash that could set them up longer term.
