I'm curious to know what makes you guys prefer to own single names Vs quasi free index funds?

Also, in case you prefer options, why? And how do you size these positions?

For a long time, it was believed that ETFs are a more reliable and stable investment than stock picking. But for now, I think, if you want more than 5% per year, you have to do stock picking. A very difficult strategy to execute, especially for retail investors. For retail investors, ETFs are still the only choice. I prefer stock picking. Sizes depend on risk management strategy.
