I'll nominate AppFolio $APPF

AppFolio is a property tech company— they make software for property managers. The software can collect rent, keep track of accounting, help find new tenants, organize contractors, and much more. They're starting to move up market and target property managers and HOAs with more doors (1,000+ vs 100-500 doors). They've found success in the past by moving 'the system of record' from offline to online, but now that that wave is pretty much complete, they're looking for ways to use AI to help property managers make better business decisions.

Would be very curious to see how you value them :)
