Something I’ve been working on recently is checking my portfolio less. I’ve gotten down to only checking it once a week on Friday mornings. Since I’m a long-term oriented investor I’m trying to focus more on the tangible, i.e earnings reports, press releases etc rather than short-term price action (very noisy). It also frees up a bunch of time!

Very hard skill to master. I check it daily but don’t really feel any emotion as to what it does. Can sometimes forget if i am busy

One of the only reasons I check it daily is because I put in put/call options that are on weekly/monthly basis otherwise really no reason to, put in price alerts and just go do “something more useful” lol

I am working on this as well - the less I check the less emotional I am with decisions
