Okay tagging the biggest Airbnb bulls I know I think sorry if I missed people lol. I watched multiple videos last night on Airbnb ( one was yours Neil) and I’m not sure what video mentioned it but they talked about how Airbnb is starting to act like a bank and it got me thinking similar to how Starbucks acts with its gift cards. Airbnb holds the funds of people who booked for future stays. Turning into a bank before our eyes maybe. That’s just a fun thought lol. But I do have a question for you all. I know Brian has been reluctant to have a customer regards/loyalty program because he believes the brand itself brings people to come back but that’s something I’d really like to see. Thoughts?
