In the past I have stayed away from companies like $BAM because I find it difficult to put a value on them. Also their low dividend yield would have meant they would not pass my old screener.

However investing in them gives nice diversification in Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private equity and Renewable power. The have $600B AUM and growing and sensational track record for shareholder returns.

Really considering opening up a small position.

Thoughts?

No looked into $BAM but I do hold $BEPC and part of the thesis is management has an exceptional record when it comes to capital allocation

cheers wolf, Any reason you went with $BEPC on its own?

@emf I was looking for direct exposure to the reviewable energy sector rather than indirect exposure through $BAM
