My only exception might be for a single employee - sometimes they are leaving to pursue other opportunities or actually do need money for personal expenses. Funny how so many manage to sell at the top, isn't it? Can't say it often enough - it takes 30 seconds of your time to check SEDI activity and it could save you from a loss.
