If you could provide one piece of advice to a mid 20s individual who is advancing quickly in a career, what would it be?

2 things:

1. Take advantage of any compensation the company offers (401k match, vacation time, HSA, etc). 

2. Think about your future life and how you want to spend your time. Will the continuing progression affect your ability to be present with future family. 

These are two things that have really helped me financially and directionally in my career
