*I can’t find the other two trades to link, this is the last leg so here’s the context:

On Wednesday I made this crazy ADBE options trade ER play. I bought a 500 call and sold a 520 call.

Basically regret minimization - i didn’t want to be mad if ADBE went way up, so I bought a debit call $500/520 spread, max gain $2000, willing to risk the whole $500 (what I paid).

But that’s not the crazy part. The crazy part is ER is tonight and the calls expired tomorrow. I try to avoid short dates calls because I don’t like to have to make decisions in one day. And some things need time to play out. But I liked the spread and the price, so I decided to do this as an experiment and learning experience.

And then at the last minute (between work sessions at 3:15pm) I rolled the 500 call to 525 for July. But left the other one alone. I have no idea if this was the right move or what I’ll do tomorrow lol.
