Funny personal observation.

Being down 3-5% on its own doesn’t bother me, but because I share my personal portfolio on weekly basis, it does create some sort of negative mental thinking that makes me questions my decisions in short term even though i know this is long term plays.

Time to stop looking at the portfolio and over think stuff and go do something useful

Easy to forget you are making multi-year bets here. The ST is for traders.

If I may make a suggestion, try monthly frequency. I tried both, and I'm never going back to weekly - just too much noise.

@chiefhustlr I do both. Paid weekly and free monthly.

feels to me like I have to justify something even though I know I don’t. It’s weird feeling.

I think just need to sit with my emotions and thoughts and let them calm down

What's your advice for stomaching down days/weeks despite having conviction in your holdings?

@cissy for me best thing is to just stop looking at the screen (maybe even log off?) and put my mind towards something else work related, maybe read/listen/watch something and then come back the following day with refreshed mind
