Anyone here familiar with $CLFD?

LTM EV/EBIT of 7.7x for a company that forecasts 40% growth in 23 and will further benefit from US infrastr. bill in coming years. Long history of profitable growth. Historically also on a low valuation after 50% price drop.

What am I missing?
