$Z is getting out of iBuying, which seems like a shocking reversal and admission of failure considering how much they seemed to be betting on it. I actually think this is a positive for $RDFN since from the start Glenn Kelman has been consistently cautious on iBuying and was more into the idea of offering it as one part of a whole platter of services. What do others think?

The iBuying is proving much harder than $Z thought and their execution was poor. In Phoenix, they are selling homes they bought at the top at a loss. Good decision to cut their losses.
