I think your comparison to $ABNB is apt. Too many people out there trying to compare $ABNB to hoteliers like $MAR! It really is much closer to $BKNG given the asset-light software model

@tomato appreciate the feedback Joshua. $ABNB for sure is more comparable to $BKNG and $EXPE (Vrbo) rather than hotels. Hotels have inventory, staff to run them etc.
