Read this on your blog this morning and enjoyed it. Interesting the different strategies the two are taking. Opendoor going all out for scale, Offerpad focusing more on operations. Appreciate the head to head comparison.

@nathanworden The best part is both are profitable, depending on who faces challenges for next 2 years and comes out stronger will be the better business to ride with for 10-20 years :)
