@focusnotice I am very skeptical on real estate as a whole as I expect it to get hammered next and $OPEN will get caught up in that. Nothing about this company excites me and the chart looks really really ugly. Even with the rally in real estate, $OPEN has significantly underperformed which shows weakness in the stock compared to the sector. Seems like a bad bet to me.

Great job making this video— it was clearly a lot of work. I know how much time it takes to get all of this footage and edit it together. Props for that!
