Just go through the Singelton Foundation CEO prize winners list and work from them.

The 2022 winner was W.Nicholas Howley who is the founder and executive chairman of TransDigm Group.

I would cross reference with a metric like % of shares held by insiders (which is one of my favorites) or an operational efficiency metric like revenue per employee. Does Howley own much $TDG stock?

$TDG a story of single source sub contractor ripping off airlines for decades and getting away with, primarily responsible for no innovation in the industry resulting in no other choice but to build airplanes entirely new and getting them through FAA regulations.

But yeah, its a great business for shareholders.
