I think the idea is correct, that goods like wine have more Lindy qualities than technology.

It could be in this case that people still use iPhones 20 years from whenever that was said, because iPhones are special. But in 100 years, I suspect Moet, Dom Perignon etc still exist. IPhones, i doubt it.
