Are the highs in for the next 6 months? Today vs 2008

I wouldn't be surprised if a Chinese invasion of Taiwan was the main catalyst for a massive drop in the stock market. There doesn't seem to be another catalyst that could provide that level of impact that can create a massive plunge in stock prices. Investors are ok with inflation, with some firms benefiting and other firms struggling.

@dissectmarkets That definitely would be a catalyst. A few other catalysts are a housing market crash, significant rise in unemployment, and a higher than expected CPI reading.

Just interesting correlation between now to 2008.
