No surprise that avocados represent the largest % in terms of Revenue by Product. I wonder how trend-related this is and what would be the next "superfood" will take over.

A point that jumped out at me from the report:

The organic foods market is expected to grow at a 15% CAGR over
the next five years to over US$500B in sales, with fruits and vegetables being its
largest segment.
