I’ve been watching the REIT sector. A couple that have caught my eye are $SAFE and $MPW. Buy the dip?

The longterm outlook for $SAFE is positive. It does have office space exposure, but in cases of defaults, it gets the building.

$MPW is bested down after it’s dividend cut. Still a powerful sector with some solid long term investments.
