Whenever there is a new discovery in the mining sector that generates a great deal of excitement, many investors immediately begin to hunt for "nearology" plays - myself included.

I can tell you I spent about five hours this week searching Nunavut for potential Aston Bay 2.0 mining claims (FOMO update: after more thorough DD, I took profits on BAY.V and put buying on hold until further developments).
