$MSFT Chief Commercial Officer Judson Althoff sells $9.18 million worth of shares, or 30,000 shares.

He still owns 117,456 shares after the sale, which was not conducted via a prearranged 10b5-1 trading plan.

@joeyhirendernath MSFT is up 30% YTD so I understand taking some gains, although this was a pretty sizable sale as a % of prior shares owned. Althoff has sold shares 3x during the past 5 years and timed the Dec. 2021 sale pretty well. But there's no indications that Microsoft is losing steam so this sale doesn't really affect my opinion of it.
