Brilliant article Leandro! It’s interesting to learn that Hermes has historically had a conservative approach to capital allocation. However in the current environment it is prudent for a company to take such an approach and reinvest a significant portion of its profits back into the business, focusing on research and development, marketing, and expanding its retail footprint.
