Scariest indicator of the day
Massive drop in shipping times. No one is ordering stuff means that demand is evaporating. There never was a "supply bottleneck" -- there was a huge uptick in demand. Blaming supply chains is like blaming the bartender during santacon. This could be "inventory discipline" (which will be followed by the whipsaw of shortages and high prices), but if not, there is big time pain coming.

Does that mean that shipping costs should start dropping? (i.e. this is a deflationary force?)

@nathanworden shipping costs have been deflating for a while now, and yes, directionally the same: demand for buying and selling stuff is drying up.
