Anyone here following along with my $KODK series on Twitter or StockTwits? I don’t have many followers, so even when I eventually mention that $KODK is for instance working with General Motors on Transparent Antennas, not sure anyone is even going to notice. I just finished a deep dive document if anyone is interested. Keep in mind the EV relationships Kodak has formed, the transparent antennas moving toward production etc and other items disclosed in recent 10-K were all disclosed a couple weeks ago, right before insiders bought $15M+ shares and insider associated institution raised stake significantly to 7.8% (that led to my deep dive to see the customers etc driving it). Kodak has a $1.2B overfunded pension that can supposedly be turned to around $800M cash based on todays rates. They also own 700 acres in Eastman Business Park in NY with 10M of building space (even after restructuring). This is from 1890 it appears so not showing really on the balance sheet. Plus they have $362M cash. So $362+ Pension + property. Their market cap is $500M. My thesis was on the technology and developments they quietly disclosed, but the Pension and land just came up last night as icing on the cake. If you have any questions, let me know.
