Welcome to February - may it bring much love, happiness and joy into our lives!

I'm continuing to document and share my results using various fractional real estate investing apps, and as it is the start of a new month it's time to review my progress to date!

Today is February 1st, 2023, and I've updated my 'Real Estate Rumble' app with all currently available figures and I will continue to update throughout the month of February as revised figures become available.

The number of months that I've participated in each program now automatically increment on the anniversary date of my first deposit in that program, and the app also automatically re-ranks the various programs based on overall return percentages so rankings may shift throughout the month as figures are revised.

To date, Landa still leads the pack by a huge margin with a 48.59% return with 'appreciation' factored in; however without appreciation included in the calculations that figure drops to a far more modest 5.5%. This is an important distinction as I believe that Landa uses secondary market share values to calculate 'appreciation' and not actual current property values.

Newcomer HappyNest jumps into second place this month at 7.2% while Lofty drops to third place at 6.34%.

Concreit and Fintor round out the top 5.

Today is January 4th, 2023, and I've updated the 'Real Estate Rumble' app with all available current figures - and will continue to update throughout the month of January as revised figures become available.

The number of months that I've participated in each program now "automagically" increments on the anniversary date of my first deposit in that program and the app also automatically re-ranks the various programs based on overall return percentages.

Coming in to the new year, Landa is still the strong leader with a 55.17% return with 'appreciation' factored in; however without appreciation that figure drops to 5.7%. This is an important distinction as I believe that Landa uses secondary market share values to calculate 'appreciation' and not actual property values.

Lofty is second at 7.65% with Concreit and HappyNest third and fourth respectively.

The "Fat Cat Investing M1 REIT Pie" goes negative again this month with a negative 2.71% overall return!

It's hard to believe it is December already and the holidays are right around the corner!

Today is December 3rd, 2022 and I've updated the 'Real Estate Rumble' app with all available current figures - and will continue to update throughout the month of December as revised figures become available.

The number of months that I've participated in each program now "automagically" increments on the anniversary date of my first deposit in that program.

Currently Landa is leading the pack with a 76.69% return with 'appreciation' factored in; however without appreciation that figure drops precipitously.

Lofty is second at 7.16% with HappyNest overtaking Concreit and moving into third place with a 6.00% return.

The "Fat Cat Investing M1 REIT Pie" goes positive again this month posting a 1.32% return!

Special notice regarding the Rhove app. Rhove is shutting down and issuing refunds to investors so has been removed from the app.

Today is November 1st, 2022 and I've updated the sheet with all available current numbers - and will continue to update throughout the month of November as revised figures become available.

The number of months that I've participated in each program now "automagically" increments on the anniversary date of my first deposit in that program.

Currently Landa is leading the pack with a whopping 84.53% return with 'appreciation' factored in.

Lofty is second at 6.84% with Concreit rounding out the top 3 at 5.42%.

The "Fat Cat Investing M1 REIT Pie" is still getting kicked in the nads nursing a netative 10.26%. ...EEK!

The newest fractional real estate investment app, Fintor, finally went live today after an extended pre-launch period.

Initial impression is that app itself is quick, responsive and very slick - much nicer in fact that either Landa or Lofty from an aesthetic perspective.

There are two properties currently available, with three more properties listed as "coming soon".

Those already investing in fractional real estate will be very familiar with the property details and financials for each property as Fintor mimics other fractional real estate investment apps with information provided.

The higher price per share for "IYKYK" appears to be attributable to the significantly less amount of shares issued for that property.
